Joe's Carpet does not standby their workmanship. Refuses to fix rug problem because of the so called 2yr warranty. Rug is buckling and want to chg a service chg plus repair chg. Rug is 3 mos over the 2ys. Was never told about 2 yr warranty ,my fault. No Thank You Joe's Carpet.
