Review: Extremely disappointed in Joel's Plumbing Service. We had our plumbing problem fixed at the end of year (early December) but the plumber never returned to finish the job! He was supposed to come back to cut down the protruding pipes in the yard and re-seed the grass. It is an eye sore. Several phone calls and even a letter has not yielded a response from him. We are thinking of suing, as now we will have to pay someone else to finish this job since Spring has arrived. No response at all from this company for FOUR months.Desired Settlement: Since we will have to pay another company to finish, we would like to be refunded.
