I have been a customer of Joel's Automotive since I moved to Tennessee as a single female over 17 years ago. I took a potential purchase to him for his opinion based on the recommendation of co-workers. He advised me not to purchase the vehicle as there were some hidden indications that it had either sat for a long time or actually been submerged in water at some point. He felt I would constantly be repairing it. His honesty and integrity are the same today as they were 17 years ago. He is flexible with drop off and pick up of repairs and on the rare occasion you have any issue with a repair or service Joel himself will resolve it quickly and fairly. I would recommend this business without a single reservation.
