Due to recent wind damage, I needed two trees removedI found Joe's Tree Service in a Springfield weekly publicationI called Joe and he came over the next business day to give me a free estimateAfter some friendly negotiation, we agreed on a price that we both could live withJoe gave me an estimated day to do the workHe showed up on time and did exactly what he was supposed to do for the agreed priceMy trees are gone, including the stumpsI'm happy with the overall transactionI would recommend Joe and would use them in the future

I had ***'s Tree Service come out to give us a quote on some treesFirst, was the lemon treeHe said it was too hot to prune it now and it's too cold to prune it in winter(Right now our highs are around degrees) Then I asked about our other trees that really need pruning a lotHe said the tree didn't belong where it wasI said I'd go in the house and get my husband so he could talk to himI wanted to get rid of the tree and my husband just wanted to prune it backJoe from Joe's Tree Service was very hostile and rudeHe said, never mind, he didn't want to do it and didn't want to get into a family fight and walked off I was so shocked that I was speechlessI had gotten his name from the Christian Business's Directory

I had a very negative experience with this companyI called to get a quote, Joe (presumably) called me back and after I explained what I wanted done, he informed me that he didn't want the jobHe was incredibly rude to a potential customer who was only trying to get an idea of what he'd be payingIf this is how he operates before even taking on a job, I recommend anyone to stay away
