The other side of the story goes like thisThe vehicle in question was in *** *** *** which we have a contract to tow vehicles away that have no permitsThis vehicle had no permit ! As my driver backed up to the rear of the vehicle and slid the self loading stringer under the rear tires
and lifted the vehicle in the air, this person and friend surrounded my driver He told the person the vehicle did not have a permit and to either put the permit in the vehicle (displayed) or move it from the propertyHe then let the vehicle down and drove awayNo monies were exchangedAt no time did the tow truck or stringer come into contact with the front drivers side fender (impossible to do)The ( my insurance company was contacted and denied the claim), obviously it was previous damageWe know there are cameras there, so she needs to produce proof of the damageGood LuckThe police never took a report, and never contacted us about this incident.Thank You,Joseph ***, PresidentJ.O.S.GInc
