DESCRIPTION ( *** ***)(Customer demands full refund of deposit due to lack of communication between salesman & mfg.)DESCRIPTION ( DEALER)MR*** ordered a custom garage under contract of which he agreed & signedTo supply him with a custom built 24x31xgarage to be built on a
concrete pad supplied by customerCustomer called in at later date & said local code informed him he needed a 4' footer under his padHe was very hostile due to more cost of concrete even though building code is there for a reasonI told him to call me when readyAt a later date he called and claimed to be readyCompany sent crew and material for custom garage to site for install on concrete slab with footer supplied by customer as code enforcement required from pennwarehouseWhen crew arrived the pad had a knee wallThe building was not designed to be put on a knee wall & had be be modifiedAt this time Mr*** became very vulgar and disrespectfulThe building had to be sent back to PA.for modifications due to knee wall Mr.*** had installed for whatever reasonAfter company went over this with him and added a small fee to it for the additional changes Mr*** added, the( knee wall)Mr***has been nothing more than extremely vulgar and disrespectful and canceled the building until a $1500discount is taken off the priceHis contract fully explains his deposit and payment clearlyNote pictures and contracts are suppliedAny questions please call me anytime@ *** Thank you CAROLINA CARPORTS, INCQuality Customer Service and Best Prices Joe's Cycle Repair *** *** *** ** ***
