Thank you for your letter alerting us to the problem you had with our plumbing servicesI am sorry you were unsatisfied with the service we providedWe pride ourselves on customer service and have been in business for years and this is our first complaint to the Revdex.comThe service provided was a replacement of a hot water heater, but due to the conditions it was a much more involved replacementWe had to remove a small section of the wall and drill new holes into the chimney and patch the old oneIt was also quite involved and time consuming finding a heater the correct size to fit back in the same spot as the old oneThe price was quoted before the job Started and customer was alerted we would not be responsible for patching the wall and that he would need a carpenter. The job was completed with proper permitsAfter the job was completed, I went back on a courtesy call and noticed the way he had patched the wall, was not according to code and I then corrected it to code by adding parts free of chargeWe Hope the customer is now completely satisfied

service provided was a replacement of a hot water heater, but due to the conditions it was a much more involved replacement. We had to remove a small section of the wall and drill new holes into the chimney and patch the old one. It was also quite involved and time consuming finding a heater the correct size to fit back in the same spot as the old one. The price was quoted before the job Started and customer was alerted we would not be responsible for patching the wall and that he would need a carpenter. The job was completed with proper permits. After the job was completed, I went back on a courtesy call and noticed the way he had patched the wall, was not according to code and I then corrected it to code by adding parts free of charge. We Hope the customer is now completely satisfied.
