First of all the call came in on 5/24/16-not 5/25/ Second our technicians are not in our offices and our technician did call [redacted] and a time was set up between 3-4pm Our technician arrived at [redacted] and no one was home The notes under this call state the customer was kayaking.The weekend of Memorial Days was extremely hot and we were VERY busy taking care of many No Cools I am sorry that [redacted] was uncomfortable At the same time, he also wasted our time We sent a fully stocked truck, a trained technician and paid for fuel in that truck and the customer was not home Who is paying us for the $$ we are out to pay the technician[redacted] could have called us back and we would have gladly tried to set something up But from the beginning [redacted] wanted to tell our technician what he wanted done instead of letting the trained technician do his job.Again, we were extremely busy and continue to be because of the heat We never charged [redacted] in the first placeDee H [redacted] -Arctic Air
Customer received what he wanted-his money back Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to do business with him
I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to meArctic Air was not calling be back due to wrong
phone number that they were calling (even thought I had left multiple messages). They admitted that. They refunded my money and were sorry that this occurred. They RESOLVED this issue right away
