I D # [redacted] Dear Revdex.com Representatve :On July 24, my company did pick up & deliver furniture for customer [redacted] , in which we didnt recieve payment that day & mailed him abill in the amount of $ 125.00, & we still have not recieved payment.We apoligize for any miscommunications & are willing to only charge thecustomer $ for the service performed on July 24thWe will alsobe emailing customer to notify him of our response to this letter.Robert [redacted]

My company does acknowledge the customers concern, but I feel we can't be responsible for a broken mirror. The mirror was wrapped during transportation and placed in the storage unit properly. The move took place on May 27th, 2016.The customer called our office on 06/30/16 claiming mirror was broken & she moved herself out of storage on 07/01/16 she claims. From May to June, we have no proof that customer didn't go to her storage unit & rearrange items or when moving herself out, that mirror wasn't broken by her. Again, we regret to say our company can'tbe accountable.Regards,Robert [redacted]

We asked her tosubmit pictures, in which she did, our second conversation being 07/01/2016 customerclaims she moved herself along with boyfriend & others out of storage on 07/01/16 @that time we informed her we can't be responsible because we did not move her out ofthe storage unit.
