Joe Fresh

I have typically had decent luck with Joe Fresh. Recently however, that has changed. I have not been awarded Optimum points for past purchases despite providing transaction information, and my last order placed with them appears to be 'lost' somewhere. It's too bad because the items I ordered were on promotion and most of the items I selected are now sold out and/or are certainly at a higher price. No one has bothered to follow up from customer service or returns emails regarding this order. It ends up being a lot of wasted time and I doubt I will order from them again after this incident. Customer service has really declined from Joe Fresh and *** in general in recent months.
