I'm sending this email as per our conversation regarding complaint ID # [redacted] This client initially requested refund but did not follow proper steps to submit request to proper customer service emailThen claimed (as per Revdex.com complaint) she sent via website; which was the wrong website - so we wouldn't have received that 2nd request After receiving the Revdex.com complaint via paper mail - I personally contacted her for clarification and to help her with proper refund request The client has been refunded And she said she would call Revdex.com again, to clarify and ask that her complaint be removed Please let us know if you need any more information to clear this complaint
