To whom it may concern, I am writing this in response to a complain filed against me It has been brought to my attention that a customer is unhappy with my business For years I have been in business and have followed the same practices for that long I arrive at a
person's residence/job and the first thing I always do is go over the job with the customer, so I may provide a free estimate I have worked with many customers in the past who could not pay immediately I have held on the checks at the customer's request for periods of time with no complaints If this customer had told me to hold a check, I would have done so The customer was elderly and may not have specified this to me The daughter was not available during the free estimate I am wondering if the daughter had been present, maybe this all could have been avoided Also, the customer nor the daughter contacted me regarding this matter If they had, maybe this all could have been avoided In my years, this is the first complaint filed against me with the Revdex.comI would like to find a way to resolve this matter
