Joe Campbell Roofing replaced shingles on our roof in the summer of 2016. We experienced horrible leaks after their work and as a result now have mold in the house. We tried to get them back to the house and they delayed until June of 2017. By that time we had mold. Campbell Roofing's insurance refuses to pay for the damages (approximately $75,000) because a subcontractor performed the work. We were assured by Campbell Roofing that no subcontractors would be used. The subcontractor has minimal insurance and can't pay. Now we are stuck with the bill.
As of August 25th when Mr. informed us that he would be retaining a lawyer, we were advised by our lawyer to cease any further communications with the ***. From this point the matter was being handled by insurance lawyers. The claim is currently still under litigation so we have no further comments to make at this time

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12415026, and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me. We have retained an attorney to help us with this matter but have not filed suit against the business. Thus there is no litigation and the complaint should be addressed
