I have a GMC Yukon. The back hatch stopped opening. My usual mechanic removed the plastic off the door to reveal the working parts. He could not figure out what was wrong. So I brought it here. I arrived at 8:50 a.m. They told me to sit tight at 9:00 a.m. because they were about to pull it in. They came to me at 9:31 a.m. to tell me what needed to be done. They told me the part was $23.00. Then they told me it would be a total of $240 to fix the problem. They had an hour into diagnosis (see times above and do the math) and it would take them another hour to fix it.

The first problem with this is that they are charging $110 an hour. Which is ridiculous. The second problem is that they are padding the hours. Two hours?! I doubt it. The plastic cover was even off for them all ready. We will never be back. It is a shame instead of gaining a new loyal customer they have lost as many as I can possibly reach with my experience.
