On June 10, [redacted] purchased a bike from us At that time we were having the manufacturer prepare the shipments, which the manufacture shipped a size bike rather than a We then talked to [redacted] about a replacement frame in the future if he desired a From this point the communication dropped off On August 21, [redacted] started communication again about a new frame, we coordinated with the manufacturer to complete this but as it was late in the season and no inventory was available it was impossible In the frame color was not available as it was not a type of color produced, nevertheless we communicated with [redacted] regarding a new frame in a different color In early 2015, [redacted] who was not happy with situation and proceeded with increasingly hostile communication From this point we directed the manufacturer to cease communication with him as did we, as we refuse coordinate and do business with customers who communicate in a hostile or abusive manner We are unwilling to support customers who are abusive to our organization, our staff, and our partners We are unwilling to accept that we should provide services and product support under the duress of customer threats [redacted] ***PresidentVentures Capital Corporation
