I called Certified Heating & Cooling when my AC stopped working. I was greeted over the phone by , who was very pleasant and attentive to my needs. She scheduled *** to come check it out for me. *** arrived right on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got right to work on it. He repaired it in a timely manner and my house started cooling down immediately! I felt that the pricing was fair and was pleased with the service. It's never fun when your AC stops working but the good folks at Certified turned my initial stress into a positive experience. I will recommend Certified to anyone and everyone. They did a great job!
