This company is highly unorganizedThey do not list a phone number to contact customer service on their site, and on top of it, their website is extremely confusing to navigateI had to come to the Revdex.com website to find a phone number and it always goes to a general voicemailI have tried closing my account and it is impossibleThey continue to bill me every monthTheir service is a joke and the resume database is useless and outdatedI would never recommend this service to anyone

Talked to a live person who answered the phone. - rare these days. That customer service person then went above and beyond to retrieve information that I had spent hours "working on". Kudos to Jobvertise. I am a delighted (and grateul) customer!!
