Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 23, 2015/10/30) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I did receive a voice mail from a [redacted] I have tried to return the call and have left 3 messages; however, I have not heard further from him.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 28, 2015/11/20) */
I have reached out to this client to see if we could resolve matters amicably. I did so on October 26. So far no response.
I also posted a similar response on or about 10/26 but apparanely, it did not register.
It appears we have fulfilled all of our obligations and that there is no basis for a refund. If Ms. [redacted] can point out where we fell short, we will make a prompt adjustment. Otherwise, since there is no apparent reason to make a refund, none will be offered. If we cannot reach an amicable agreement, we are willing to arbitrate and would seek the help of the Revdex.com in doing so.
