At this time, I have been contacted directly by Joancee regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because.Attached is the whole conversation between myself and the business (Joancee). The last thing I received from them was them saying "hope your understand... (Joancee)" before that one they said "hope you can think about our previous suggestion, and that may be the most we can offer in this case (Joancee)" even though their site says 1 year warranty.
