On August 31, 2017, I deposited into his Fifth Third bank account, for a large order of windows that [redacted] was place through [redacted] out of [redacted] , [redacted] ( [redacted] Street) I live in [redacted] , [redacted] and he is a relative by marriage Consequently, I trusted his integrity in this transaction as a small stabusiness/contractor [redacted] has told me that the windows have been twice delayed (expected October 3rd or 5th) My investigation with [redacted] (***) confirmed that the windows were never ordered [redacted] has admitted he did not order the windows after many calls and test messages and being confronted with my findings I am requesting a full refund of Product_Or_Service: house windows Order_Number: None provided
