Leaks have occurred since the contractor repaired the roof, though that was what the repair was for. The contractor never provided documentation of the work that he did initially, though I asked for that multiple times.

Now, the contractor is not honoring his 10-year warranty by failing to appear to fix the issues caused by inadequate work, and failing to return communication.
