AThis is a claim BThe keratin stayed in my hair less than two days before the pool water completely ruined itI was told that pool and ocean water would be no problem, but apparently this was another piece of misinformationI was also told to not bother with the *** and that they would honor the price, but absolutely no effort was made to fix their mistake with the keratinI'm now in communication with *** to get my refund, fingers crossedThe owner rudely told me that she's "not here to play games" since she had assumed I had bought a second *** for fixing my hairI feel cheated out of $for virtually no service and practically being bullied into buying a second service, which was supposed to be a complementary fixI would like this business owner to be looked into further and I absolutely believe I am owed my moneyThank you
