NOVEMBER 18, 2017Hello [redacted] ,We are writing to you to address the Comp,aint issued by [redacted] against us for an [redacted] computer that he purchasedHe alleged that we sold him a defective productWe deny these allegations and have addressed them with [redacted] ***We provided *** [redacted] with a Warranty and he returned the [redacted] for what he claims were problemsOur Tech analyzied the [redacted] and let it run for four days without turning it off to address his issuesThere was no problem as described by [redacted] ***We came to the conclusion that he either he did not want the [redacted] or did not know how to use it properlyIt was in perfect condition with a WARRANTYIn an effort to avoid further problems we reached an AGREEMENT with [redacted] *** Not only did [redacted] file a Complaint with your Office, he went on [redacted] and Published and extremely derrogatory review calling us all types of names and filed and Action with the District Court of Maryland We feel he was harrassing us We felt it was in the best interest of all to resolve the matter before any further harm or damage could evolve So we reached and AGREEMENT [redacted] signed with us to settle this matter Hopefully this can officially close your case and the matter can be laid to rest Thanking you for your assistance.Respectfully yours,Trevor W., President
I bought a PC from this businessfrom purchase it was brokenSeveral times I’ve asked for a refund but they will not respondI gave these guys ample time to repair the computerOn 10/07/it was sent in for repair, several days afterit is still broken
