Terry and Duane are thieves took my money and sold my car in three days then put the same amount I paid them to keep my car as me owing on my credit report thieves and liars

I currently have a car payment through jmc leasingI have been making my payments online like I do everything elseStarting on my 2nd car payment I started getting $dollar late payments and I asked them why and they said I paid my payment lateI have emails stating that I paid it on time so I refused to pay the every weeks another dollars was tacked on because of me supposedly being lateFinally after my 4th car payment I finally paid the late fees just to get it over with but the next time I had a late fee AGAINthe place finally said that even though I made my payment on time it was late because THEY did not take the payment out of my bank until it was lateI am [redacted] an now I have paid it up to date but randomly had in late fees that I had to pay toThis [redacted] is ridiculousI have only had my car for like months and have already paid like dollars in late fees when only like maybe of that was my faultThey screw you over big time

I can not thank this company enough for going above and beyond for meMy transmission took a nose dive and had it towed up there expecting the worse because I am past my warrantyI was pleasantly wrongThey worked with me every step of the way, the shop, mechanics, and financing all stepped up and made sure I could afford the work and paymentsYes it stunk that it happenedBut I'm glad it happened with a company that goes out of their way for their customersI'm happy to report I have my car and it's running greatThank you to all who involved in getting this resolved!!!

Starting on my 2nd car payment I started getting $25 dollar late payments and I asked them why and they said I paid my payment late. I have emails stating that I paid it on time so I refused to pay the 25. every 2 weeks another 25 dollars was tacked on because of me supposedly being late. Finally after my 4th car payment I finally paid the late fees just to get it over with but the next time I had a late fee AGAIN. the place finally said that even though I made my payment on time it was late because THEY did not take the payment out of my bank until it was late. I am [redacted] an now I have paid it up to date but randomly had 121 in late fees that I had to pay to. This [redacted] is ridiculous. I have only had my car for like 5 months and have already paid like 200 dollars in late fees when only like maybe 50 of that was my fault. They screw you over big time.
