JMarin Photography

I did a photo shoot with [redacted] from JMarin Photography on Feb 22, 2014. We signed a contract that stated my proofs are to be delivered by 3/1/2014 and my album and cd were to be delivered 2 weeks minimum estimated date 3/8/2014. My proofs were late and I excused that since [redacted] was sick. My album was also late,there was excuses for that, I met her at a restaurant to pick up on 3/12/14 and my cd was not in the bag. It could've been an honest mistake. I have contacted her several times about getting the cd and it took days for her to respond on facebook and every date/time has come and gone and still no cd.It is now 5 weeks from the contract deadline. I was told by [redacted] via facebook that she'd deliver the photos to my home on April 7, 2014 after 5pm. That day also came and gone and still my cd isn't in my possession. JMarin Photography was paid in FULL. $200. I expect to have full product in hand especially if a contract was signed. I shouldn't have to stalk or beg for something that I had paid for well in advance. I was completely satisfied with working with [redacted] of JMarin Photography up until now.Product_Or_Service: Photo ShootDesired SettlementI either want my money back in full since she broke her own contract or my cd delivered to my home.
