I recently took my (new) vehicle into their shop to get it wrapped to protect the paint. They took 7 weeks to wrap my car and when I got it back it was completely destroyed. Razor blades in my paint broken trim pieces stains on my seats they even drove it around for their pleasure. I took my car to get it fixed at a auto body shop and they quoted me $4400 in damages. The company should not even be in business I tried to leave these reviews on google and elsewhere that keep getting taken down. Please do yourself a favor and never do business with this “company” all they do is insist for your money and will take it and run.

Jonathan Stewart company owner of Stewart’s Auto Tenting at the time of me buying their services took my 2016 Subaru WRX for almost a full month to wrap my car while I have in writing it was supposed to be done in under 5 days. In the month of his company having my car they destroyed the outside of it completely, they cut the wrap they were supposed to cover my car in against my car all over the body with razor blades leaving full scratches and gouges down to the metal all over my car, there are random small dents, scratches, and gouges on every outer panel of my car, every piece of trim or outer shell of any kind they would have to remove to tuck wrap under they bent or broke taking off and then put back to the best of their ability, for example the window trim that seals air from your doors while driving flaps and wind goes down in my doors on every single door making it windy inside my car while driving, the wing on the trunk of my car is supposed to be held on with 5 clips and 2 screws when I got it back it has 2 clips holding it to the car on the ride side of it and the left has nothing holding it to the car so it also flaps in the wind while driving, they didn’t put the fender liner of the passenger side clipped back in and within 5 minutes of driving the car home it came lose and drug on the road ripping it apart to the point I had to uber to Walmart to get supplies to reattach it with self tappers and zip ties to be able to drive home, my radio fin on the roof of the car is sitting barley held on, the grill clips in my bumper half broken when attempted to put back, so many things. I have pictures of them all. After having my car for a month instead of a week I finally get my car back in horrible condition wrap falling off holes and rips and cuts all over it so I peel it off to find what two shops quoted to be over $7000 worth of scratches dents lose parts/trim and paint chips since then he changed company name to jm wraps and has been trying to ghost me after promising to fix it
JM Wraps supposedly put a 5 year ceramic coating on my vehicle when it was picked up there was still sap all over the vehicle it obviously was not detailed correctly, which is an initial step before applying this coating. After the first rain, holographic swirls appeared in the paint on my drivers side along with hundreds of micro scratches. He (Johnathan) will not refund my money I paid, will not give me his business insurance information or any information about his other business partners to settle this issue. There is $1000-1500 in damage to my vehicle on top of the $420 I paid him. Both shops I’ve taken my vehicle to for estimates to correct the damage stated that in there professional opinion there is no way possible he used the products he said he used. The cost alone for the product is more than the amount he charged me.
