This is a formal complaint against JM Roofing Construction for a fraudulent contract and harassment received by phone and mail Due to a hail storm occurred on November 4th affecting my house's roofI called my insurance to report the damage to my house and contacted JM Roofing Construction for making a free estimateThe contractor, called Martin, approached my husband telling him he could provide a quote for repair the roof, and he started filling a document that my husband thought it was just an estimate but instead the contractor filled a formal contract service form asking my husband to sign just to document the offerMy husband never read the form and called the contractor for coming my house with the insurance adjuster just like the contractor recommended one week ago The insurance adjuster made a check the same day, and JM asked me to endorsement the check for beginning the work, but I didn't doNext day Martin came to my house asking for advance to start the job,

It was not difficult to choose our roofer for the hail storm we sufferedJM Roofing was already in my neighborhood doing an excellent job! We experienced first-hand the great customer service and quality in the work the company had to offerThank you so much! We would highly recommend JM Roofing to everyone!

I am very pleased with JM Roofing in how they helped me with my claim and roof replacement process. They worked in a quick timely manner and maintained everything really clean in the process. Everything was handled very professional and politely.
