The customer who is making these complaints are not legit First of all the job was done a year ago and during this year he has called me on three separate occasions for problems with the bathroom that had nothing to do with our work The problems he was dealing with we're neglect on his behalf such as clogged sink drain with all his beard hair that he cuts directly into sink drain and glass shower doors that are loaded with film from not being properly cleaned Now a year later I'm refusing to go back and deal with these negligent assumptions

I am rejecting this response because: His comments have nothing to do with the complaint. My complaint was regarding the ceiling paint job he did less than one year ago as part of a complete renovation and the grout job in the shower that he did. the ceiling is completely peeling off and the grout is all cracked. He acknowledged this on the phone and promised to come by and resolve these issues. As for his assertions, after only a few weeks the shower and sink were clogging up. He had told me I would not have theses problems after he did the job because he was going to completely snake all the pipes as part of the job. So I called him with this problem and he removed hair that he should have done in the first place. He did a job and now does not want to stand by it without getting paid more money for a job not done well. I will move forward with legal action at this point.
