Review: Funds Were taken for a job that was never done and the funds were never returned. In 9/2013 J.M. construction was contracted to build an ADA specific wheelchair ramp. Later that evening the owner of the company issued a bill for the services from [redacted] in order to "pay' for the materials for the project. It is now 12/2013 since the funds were transferred, the materials never delivered, and the money was never returned.Desired Settlement: A refund in the amount of $1,911 is the desired refund, and for the business license of J.M. Construction to be revoked and/or suspended with a fine.
