We requested for our business printer to have the "Transfer Kit" replaced. *** (Business Machines)—aka "JM". provided a quote for $612.15 which was paid for by our Branch Manager in the middle of June 2019. Since then, *** was not able to fix/replace our the Transfer Kit on our printer, took several weeks to get the part in-stock, and instead provided another quotation for additional "remainder" fixes for $657.85 on August 2, 2019 which we declined to pay for. As JM did not fix our printer with the initial $612.15 paid to replace the Transfer Kit, we have asked for a refund multiple times via email, text, and voicemail. JM has not responded to any requests for a refund.

I have attached the email I sent Doka USA. It explains that the machine had other issues that could not be detected until the first issue was cleared. They refused to approve the remainder repairs that I have attached for the machine to be up to specifications. Thank you and have a great day.

I am rejecting this response because:
JM Business Machines would not respond to our inquiry about a refund for services NOT rendered for Transfer Kit replacement. Initially told that the Transfer Kit needed replacement (per original Revdex.com complaint report), then came to try and fix the issue (several weeks later due to parts on backorder) and then sent us another quotation that we did not agree to (for almost another $600). Doka simply asked (via email, phone, text) for a refund of the original invoice that we paid because the Transfer Kit was NOT installed. We did NOT agree to the additional quotation, and await a refund for the Transfer Kit that was NOT installed.
