The above items as noted by the customer are correct Our site superintendent, ***, I believed was working with the customer to complete these items Unfortunately, we have multiple homes that need warranty work attention *** is no longer with the company and we have hired a new site superintendent I along with the superintendent are working aggressively to communicate with all customer and set up realistic appointment dates to complete all work I will contact this customer today to set up an appointment for work to be completed.on [redacted]

The amount due was cleared with Construction Supply. Please see attached lien waiver
