I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]    In responce to [redacted]'s note , first thing, the air was put in May 2011, not 2010. I don't no what he means by coming out 4 times and didn't charge me, the air system never had any previous problems, I don't know what he is referring to me freezing up the AC and the poor maintenance . All I know is he had to replace a manufactures bad part to fix the problem and he told me twice he would refund the money to me. The only thing I can think about him coming out about 4 different times was when [redacted] Heating came out several times to fix a heating problem 2 winters  ago that was covered under warranty.
