I have received a notice from JLF Web Design that they are returning my money and that I had never contacted them regarding a refund I have not yet received any refund from them Their "F" rating by Revdex.com is certainly due to other complaints than mine There are other reviews from other rating organizations online that are equally bad I suspect that if they don't acknowledge or reply to phone messages and e-mails they can make the claim that they never received any request for a refund I stand behind my earlier comments regarding JLF Web Design Since then, there has now been a formal complaint of fraud lodged against them and their sister companies with the [redacted]
Requesting $199-$to start a work from home marketing website to advertise the sale of [redacted] products that are currently trendingwouldn't give any other info other than give me your credit card info and we will send you an email and set you up with your own website and training???
This company is associated with several other "store front" LLC companies in Phoenix who, through high pressure telephone marketing, try to get you to pay them money, in advance, for a "custom designed" website that links you to a major online retail company who pays you a commission every time someone purchases something as a consequence of being referred to them from your website. While the online retail company's "affiliate" program is legit, the service being offered by JLF Web Design, is, at best, questionable. For $350 you get their "premium" package design. After paying, in full, upfront what you get is a website domain name, which they register in their name, and a non-operating website with two "template" pages on it. Their is no customer input sought in the design of the website, no instruction on how to access the site for updating it, and, the site is not operational. What they do next is have one of their "sister" companies call you and tell you they were referred to you by JLF Web Design and they want you to by an "upgrade" design package from them that has marketing features, design enhancements, extended training. This upgrade cost THOUSANDS of dollars. If you buy this upgrade, this second company, EZ Webstores, LLC will still not finish the website design, still no training, will NOT return phone calls and e-mails and you are still left with a mostly useless website but now you are out a lot more money.
