that your donation of the old and used appliances was going to a refurbishing project in the Women's Home operated by the church above. The director of this home's name is [redacted]. I believe your complaint would be better founded against the church in question, since we have communicated to you multiple times about this being a church issue and not a JLC Custom issue, and in your own words have stated, "although it is not your fault, this delay is concerning". I realize that we did assist connecting your donation to the church's need, however we are not directly associated with this church in any way at all. We receive multiple requests from churches across the valley for donation requests, but this is the first time we have answered one to this particular church. As a last ditch effort, I will physically drive to the church to request the document you need. However if I cannot get them to give it to me, you may want to contact the police regarding your matter.
