You pay for a maintenance contract and when something isn't working right they tell you how to fix it instead of them fixing it, and when what they tell you to do makes it worse they still don't help They would not even tell me where I could get the parts to fix it, [redacted] told me specifically she was not allowed to give me that information Not a good company to do business with

I hired JLBJ to install an aerobic system they came and destroyed my water line to my house thus leaving me w/o water to home, then told me it was my responsibility to hire a plumber to fix what they destroyedI went back and forth w/ the representative and he called the owner and per the representative the owner said " he will not fix it and it is best that we do not do business and that we go our separate ways." I was stuck w/o water and had to stay in a hotel room for four days until I got a plumber to repair what JLBJ destroyedI will never use them or recommend them to anyone
