Not only was I wrongfully overcharged based on the quote, I was also told that the business was *** and that *** now operates differently and the driver puts the information in on their phonesI'd be more than happy, if you could assist in getting the difference (that seems to be a fair option)
More importantly, this company is not *** and to say that you are, and to operate under these pretenses, is very dangerous*** drivers are screened etcI know nothing about this company, so I have no idea what I was getting myself into, until it was too lateFelt very violated when I realized what had occurredLaGuardia Airport is aware and stated that they are known as "car hustlers," and that the port authority is trying to catch all companies that are practicing in this mannerI did use my company Amex card to pay for this service and they are investigating it as a fraudulent charge, due to the nature of how it was presented to me and the screenshots I have from LaGuardia Airport, asking me why I chose the *** app, but did not take the *** (I was told I was in an *** with an ipad sign by one gentleman and identification from the driver in the car)I also have screenshots that I took that *** had sent me (about the time I received them from LaGuardia Airport ...12:p.m., asking me "After visiting the APP what was your primary reason for not taking ***, and it lists several options and had me take a survey...I took the survey and stated that I did take ***, but later found out that it was not ***....Had I seen these emails prior to be dropped off, I have no idea how I would have reacted...very unsafe situation)No where on the car or in the car does it state that they are J & L, but they had the documentation stating they were ***Thank you!
