We already solve his concern a day after that we received the complaint. He said he is going to try to delete the complaint, he is not sure how to do it. It was a miscommunication problem, but he is OK with the answer that we provide it.

Review: My computer was picked up on a Monday and I was told by the [redacted] that I would receive a call Tuesday and that the computer would likely be returned on Wednesday. I called Tuesday evening and left a message requesting a status update but got no return call. I made two follow up calls on Wednesday, leaving messages to contact me both times. On Saturday, I drove to the business but no one was there despite the fact that the office hours indicated they would be open. I left my contact info with the business next door so that it could be hand delivered. After still having no response on Sunday, I left another message stating that the lack of communication was unacceptable considering both what was initially communicated and the fact that they were in possession of my property. To date, I have received no return communication.Desired Settlement: I want my computer and software back.
