They came and picked up our riding lawn mower that was about two years old and had never been serviced I told them to check it over from one end to the other and install a mulching kit that was purchased at the time of the mower purchase and never installed It needs an oil change and any other service that is recommended to be ready for the summer use and the kit install they voiced understanding and said it would take about a week to return it It did come back in a week but the only thing they did was install the mulching kitNo oil change was done despite my saying service it They were confrontational and said the oil "looked new" when they checked it and they didn't change it so I paid $for the mulching kit to be installed and no service was done When we went to use it the battery was dead and we had to get a new one as well NO TRUST
