The company sold me a product which was not as advertised. The product was supposed to be a brand new Giorgio Armani Gio Profumo Cologne, but what was sent was a knockoff. The product was scuffed, was not the right size, and certainly didn't even have the smell. It was akin to a dollar store product. When I contacted the seller multiple times, they cut off contact. I emailed on Sunday 2/16 and previously contacted them on 2/14 requesting a refund. Both times I was not responded to.
The product number on the back of the box in the original advertisement photo found in the product number reported, did not match the inside product, it was supposed to be a 4.2oz bottle but the inside was 3.4 and not even authentic. There is not even a 3.4oz version of the product.
