Review: I gave [redacted] my laptop back in the middle of Febraury of this year to have the screen repaired and reattached to the base of the laptop. I inquired by email about the status of my laptop and phone calls through the last 3 months and have been given multiple excuses why the laptop was taking so long. First I was told they have to wait for the parts to come. Then the next month it was that they couldn't find the parts in the USA and had to order them from China. Then I was told the parts were taking a long time to come from China. Then as of 3 weeks ago I was told they had been sent the wrong parts and should have the right ones soon. I still do not have my laptop and have been unable to reach [redacted].Desired Settlement: At this point I don't care if he has my laptop finished or not, I just want it back. I will find someone else to fix it.
