I ordered a dress from JJ's House online. I read the return policy to make sure I could send the dress back if needed. I ordered a standard size vs custom sizing just so it could be returned. I had a tough time even finding contact information to initiate the return process. I notified the company within one day of receiving the dress that the dress was not a good fit. I emailed customer service and requested a return number. I was later informed in an email that all of their dresses are custom dresses so I was not be able to return the dress. So, even though they say they have a return policy, there really is no return policy! Also, the phone number listed above does not work either.

I wish I had checked with the BBC before ordering from JJ's House. The mother of the Bride gown that I ordered was not as advertised. This "chiffon" dress was 100% polyester. The fit wasn't even close to their chart. Finally, after being led to believe I had 7 days to return it, I was given a new return policy which says I can't even do that. I am disgusted that I just wasted $290 on a piece of garbage from an inferior company.

We always treasure customers’ feedback and our goal is to exceed the expectations of every customer. After carefully investigating Ms. [redacted]’s case, we found out that:1. We believe Ms. [redacted] mistakenly assumed she was contacted by JJ’s House when she was...
contacted by another company.We have never got an email or call from Ms. [redacted] to cancel her order, nor did we try to contact her over phone. The phone number ###-###-#### ([redacted]) was not owned by us. In the email of Jul. 22, Ms. [redacted] claimed to have been contacted by someone calling from ###-###-####, which was not owned by JJsHouse either. We don’t make outreach phone calls to customers when they are browsing our website.2. On our part, we have manufactured and shipped Ms. [redacted] dress as per her order. Ms [redacted] just simply stated she doesn’t need the dress anymore and rejected the shipment. Even we have done nothing wrong, we have provided partial refund to Ms. [redacted] on Aug. 16 and completed the refund of $47.99 for her on Aug. 29. Throughout the whole process, we act in good faith and solved all the problems for Ms. Feaster. We believe there must be some misunderstanding here for Ms. Feaster. I recently ordered from this company. The dress arrived very timely. The dress was beautiful and very well constructed. It was not the right fit, and I contacted them to return the dress. The sent me the instructions, and I followed them. They received the dress and issued me a credit very timely. I would order from them again.
