JJS Garden & Landscaping

It's a shame I have to give him two stars because they started out so good, they were timely, profession, they cleaned up after themselves and everything. The problem lies with this:
Originally, our quote included: new driveway (because we had flooding issues), landscaping, fixing our well pump and hooking up our irrigation system to the well.
First, he had to redo our driveway after he was "done" because he never fixed the flooding issue, he had to take apart the pavers and install a sump pump to not have our drive way flood anymore.
He then told me that he would fix the well pump after he was done with all the landscaping. That was back in early March, it's now May and he never calls back or answers any of my calls.
The last phone call I had with him telling him that he needs to finish the job he got paid for, because he's paid in full, he kept telling me, " are you done?" Um, last I checked I'm the customer who pays you. And if I paid you for a job that you haven't finished I think I have a right to be mad.
I would NEVER recommend him now to anyone. I've worked all my life in customer service and never would I say that to someone, no matter if they're wrong or not. He's very unprofessional all he gives are excuses.
