Review: in both bathrooms the plumbing was installed improperly, resulting in our inability to use bathtubs. Additionally in downstairs bathroom the shower does not have hot water. the downstairs bathroom door was left broken and unpainted., electrical switch was not finished, and garbage was left in the backyard. The wall of the downstairs bedroom was left cracked and partially painted.Desired Settlement: To have both bathrooms and the bedroom wall finished and remaining garbage removed. We want to receive a written apology as well.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by J&J Premier General Contractors Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Bob P[redacted] called me after Revdex.com got in touch with him . Bob P[redacted] promised to come the following day in the afternoon . I waited until 4 pm. I spoke with him again and he promised yet again to come on Monday . As I expected. , no one showed up. I don't know if it is relevant, but he charged me additional 2,500$ in cash, saying it is automatic". As of today I am unable to use shower and bathtub. Thank you for your help. [redacted]
