We did not charge you for coming to your home and picking up your rugs. Any other company would have charged you for manpower, fuel, etc. We honestly gave you exact final costs for the repair of your rugs. Had we been able to do the right job, at initial estimates, we would have gone ahead and done it. No business man passes on the opportunity to make money on repairing rugs. We are in business for over 40 years, and are very proud to have thousands upon thousands of happy clients whom we fixed the rugs for.
