Review: When filing our 2011 taxes, Mr. Katsock encouraged us to amend our 2008 tax return as well. For a fee of $400, Mr. Katsock asked for additional information regarding our 2008 taxes and submitted an amendment, clearly informing us that we did not need any additional information or proof of expenses. We were audited by the IRS for our 2008 amendment, and the audit stated we needed to provide more proof. I contacted Mr. Katsock's office and spoke with an assistant, who stated that all we needed to do was create a calendar of expenses (which they would not do). The 2008 amendment was denied even after I submitted the calendar. After one year of scrambling to provide proof (that Mr. Katsock's office should have provided), I have paid Mr. Katsock $400 for a tax amendment that was not justified. He was fraudulent in his recommendation to amend the taxes and provided us with false information.Desired Settlement: I have called Mr. Katsock's office numerous times but his employees will not put him on the phone. Because of the clearly fradulent nature of Mr. Katsock's way of conducting business, I am requesting a full refund of the $400 fee I paid him to amend our taxes.
