We are very sorry for your dissatisfaction, and are trying to rectify the situation. As stated by our Job Foreman, your belgian blocks were broken prior to our work. We have no reason not to repair anything we've broken at our customers home and / or businesses. The pictures you provided did not...

show broken belgian blocks, rather another layer on top which were not cemented and were moved around from the debris. We received pictures from you, and an estimate from your friend, as you stated. Our company has the right to check the validity of any estimate given to us. However, after questioning the verbiage of the estimate an employee at "your friends" establishment quickly brushed me off of the telephone, might I add the price of the estimate was never mentioned. In any case, we would like our customers to know they can count on us, so after [redacted] agreed for us to pay directly to the mason, we received an email stating that if we did not send a check for $300 directly to him ([redacted]) we would have legal issues. A check in the amount of $300 was mailed to him on 8/**/17, the same day he requested we mail the check directly to him. If any further information is needed, ie Repair Esimate, Emails, Pictures, Proof of check please contact us.  Thank you[redacted]
