Review: On July 8th, our copier that was leased under contract with J&J Digital Solutions broke down. We contacted J&J and they came out and said they had to order a part. As of today, August 4, 2014, we are still without a working copier. We have made numerous calls to the salesman [redacted] and he always has an excuse. "I haven't been in the office for a few days", "I'm not sure, I will check and call you back in a half hour", "I'm stuck in traffic on my way into the office". I also called the office and asked to speak to the manager. I was told that they could not transfer the call but they would have the manager call me back. After several calls, J&J blocked our business line from calling them. But we still do not have a remedy to the problem. It has been 4 weeks and we still do not have a working copier. This type of business and lack of customer service it totally unacceptable.Desired Settlement: We would like out of our contract with no penalty due to the lack of J&J Digital Solutions fulfilling our contract. We are paying for a working copier and we do not have one.
