Review: Do not use this dry cleaner. When my long time cleaner on [redacted] went out of business I used this place, because it was close, and I liked **, the husband. But the wife is really bad news: rude, unfriendly, muttering crazy, insulting comments under her breath. I put up with it for awhile, but yesterday was finally too much.I had to go to a funeral, and my suit jacket was at the cleaners. I went to JJ Cleaners and picked up several pieces of clothing. When I got home I found I did not have my Calvin Klein size 44 black jacket, but a small, blue, threadbare jacket with a ripped lining. I brought it back to the store- I hoped to find Lu but instead the wife was there - I showed her the ripped jacket, and asked her if she could help me find MY jacket. She started muttering things like 'How you know it's not your jacket' and 'where is your ticket?' I told her I had brought in my ticket earlier, paid for my jacket, but received someone else's jacket. I calmly explained that I was late for a funeral and needed her help to find my jacket (there were no other customers to take care of.) Instead of helping me she started LAUGHING at me! She said 'wear something else,' and laughed at me. The conversation went downhill from there. She screamed at me- 'we don't want your business, we don't need your business, we have young customers now, we don't need old customers' etc etc.I went back this morning to see if ** could find my missing jacket. He could not. He tried to give me back the tiny abandoned ripped jacket: 'you paid for it', he said. There are lots of other cleaners around, and I recommend you try one of those. This place is not good.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my jacket replaced, and a refund for the dry-cleaning.
