To whom it may concern:There are sides to every story The engine that Mr [redacted] claims to be bad, is in fact, a very good engine that Mr [redacted] came to our establishment and heard it running There were no problems and in fact he was told that he would have to make some minor changes with linkages or swapping a manifold We offered to install the engine for Mr [redacted] to demonstrate that it would work correctly in his vehicle, he would simply have to pay a very favorable labor charge to have it installed There is nothing wrong with the crank or the push rods, I believe Mr [redacted] has had a change of heart in how he chooses to repair his vehicle Should Mr [redacted] decide on a change we would still gladly install that engine for him as we know it to be good and dependable.Sincerely, [redacted] , Partner
