Tell us why here...Seneca Light & Water bills all electric, water and sewer customers based on meter reading data. If questioned, readings are verified. In the case of MrD***, the readings were verified. He insisted his electric
meter be replaced. The meter was replaced at his request, even though there were no meter defects. There is also no additional charges for replacing a meter as his assumptions would imply. The meter readings have been verified again. MrD*** is an excellent customer. This response should in no way be taken out of context as rude or disrespectful

2.22.2018 Thank you for the response from the Seneca Light & Water rep, there was no name attached to the response, so please confirm who sent this response. My offices complaintis not against Mr. R[redacted] F[redacted] Director of Utilities, but his company. The last two months bill s have been unacceptable. I control the heat, washing & drying, heat temp 72air 72 etc. The last tow months bills $227.00 and now $256.00 when "it has been warmer" the electric should not be $202.56. This is what is being contested. To dateI have paid over $8,200.00 to Seneca Light & Water for a residential account, I can ask for a new electric meter because of said payment history. The new meteras this new bill reflects as a meter reading "0" which means it stated 25 days ago with "0", how the [redacted] did this electric bill get to be $202.56 when it has been"warmer"and not colder? Why was this month higher then the other. ?? It is assumed they added over an old meter number to the new meter and failed to "show this on the bill"now for $256.00. As stated and as this unnamed person at Seneca Light & Water as I am to assume is Mr. F[redacted] response moths bill is unacceptable for electricwater, sewer okay not electric again it has been warmer which means "less heat is used". My office requests again, the new bill is not accurate they state it is and I amto take that as gospel? Why the increase for warmer weather, heat uses more power then ac does.Hence, I refuse to pay $202.56 this moth for electric, as this person stated " Mr D[redacted] is an excellent customer". I will pay a normal bill that has been sent with no issuesof $145.00 for electric. I request a $57.56 credit or discount now due to said excellent payment record. This is applied the matter is closed Revdex.com. Also FYI a lot of customers ofSenea Light & water are and have complained their bills have increased highly as well, so this is an issue. Reduce the bill for electric to $145.00 Mr F[redacted], send a revised billwith this new lower amount and sad bill will be paid as always. If not, this proceeds further.
